Hugo Chambers

Managing Director

Hugo founded Chambers Search in 2023 after holding a number of senior positions within established recruitment businesses in London for the previous decade. He is a highly experienced and recommended legal recruiter with a demonstrable track record of delivery.

Hugo is responsible for the continued growth of the firm and management of our senior leadership team, along with delivering career defining moves for exceptional Associates and Partners into Elite US and UK Law Firms. He has a particular specialism within transactional law – with notable placements within Funds, Private Equity, M&A and Litigation.

Outside of work Hugo can be found creating 'restaurant quality food' (in his own words…) on a nightly basis or adding to his red wine and Japanese knife collections. He also has a passion for hitting the boxing gym, his beloved Manchester United and trawling the internet for Italian cars.

Georgina Glover

Senior Consultant

Georgina joined Chambers Search following a prior career working behind the scenes of recruitment firms where she supported, trained and managed consultant teams.

She is a Senior Consultant on the UK Private Practice team and has spent recent years developing and maintaining a strong network in London. She has expertise across Corporate, Litigation and Finance and has several recommendations for her previous delivery in these markets. Georgina is part of the Leadership Team.

Georgina spends her spare time being as creative as possible – and loves to express this through makeup artistry. She is also an avid gym-goer and lover of the outdoors and can regularly be found up a mountain in the middle of nowhere. She has also been known to attend the odd music event.

Megan Emerson

Research & Operations Manager

Megan was the first hire at Chambers Search, having previously worked at a high-profile UK Construction Company – in charge of operations and as the executive assistant to the board of directors.

Megan leads our operations function and is therefore responsible for the smooth running and administration of the business. She also manages and develops our standalone team of Researchers and is part of the Leadership Team.

Outside of work Megan can be found making exceptional use of our unlimited holiday policy, with regular trips to every corner of the globe. She has a strong connection to the outdoors and keeps fit and healthy by attending yoga and meditation classes wherever possible.

Charles Heptinstall

Director

Charles joined Chambers Search with over twenty years' experience recruiting into Lloyds and Speciality Insurance Markets in London, having previously led teams and delivered outstanding results for candidates and clients.

Charles is responsible for driving growth and capability as we expand the Interim Insurance business and will also oversee the development of our US Legal Practice in New York. Charlie also mentors junior members of staff and is part of the Leadership Team.

When he's not in the office or pounding the streets of the Square Mile, Charlie can be found in the countryside with his beloved whippets. Charlie is also a distinctly average golfer, enthusiastic gardener, and lover of modern art.

Gabriella joined Chambers Search after spending a number of years as a buyer and designer at a luxury goods company.

Marisa Howard

Marisa joined Chambers Search following a successful time buying and selling horses, along with running a family business.

When she's not in work, Marisa can be found looking after her horses – including regularly taking them into the countryside. She likes to keep fit, and is a keen runner. Marisa regularly travels and visits family in different parts of the world.
